-A child under the age of 12 years sharing the existing bedding with parents stays free of charge, excluding breakfast. Breakfast will be charged at US$10.00 for children aged 5 to 11 years and is free of charge for children aged 1 to 4 years.

-Check-in time is 14:00 hours, and Check-out time is at 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability.

-No Complimentary policy is included.

-Cancellation & No-show policy is as follows:

. From 30 days prior to the confirmed arrival date: 30% of each cancelled room/night

. From 14 days prior to the confirmed arrival date: 50% of each cancelled room/night

. From 7 days prior to the confirmed arrival date: 100% of each cancelled room/night

No-show fees are equivalent to the contracted room rate for the room(s) reserved
